Recently, Scott took his talents abroad, where he lived in the highlands of Guatemala, teaching self-esteem, leadership and music. This rich experience broadened his approach to training, adding elements of diversity, cross-cultural awareness, global economics, and of course, more than a little Spanish.

As a skilled instructor and program developer, Scott consistently receives exceptional marks in the classroom and when teaching via distance learning technologies. Over the years, his wide range of experience has allowed Scott to develop and deliver programs on subjects that include management and leadership, building high performance teams, a variety of professional development skills, and Problem Solving & Decision Making. His high-energy, humorous delivery and his ability to capture a group's attention have earned Scott the title "Enter-TRAIN-er." While working with a variety of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to small, non-profit groups, Scott's desire to see organizations achieve success is ever-present in his personal approach to facilitation and instruction.
