| Scott took his talents abroad when he spent a year living in the
highlands of Guatemala, teaching self-esteem, leadership and music. This rich experience broadened Scott's approach to training by adding elements of diversity, cross-cultural awareness, global economics, and of course, more than a little Spanish. As a skilled instructor and program developer, Scott consistently receives exceptional marks in the classroom and when teaching via distance learning technologies. His wide range of experience has allowed Scott to develop and deliver programs addressing management and leadership, building high performance teams, a variety of professional development skills including Action Management's PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING (PSDM) program. His high-energy, humorous delivery and his ability to capture a group's attention have earned Scott the title "Enter-TRAIN-er." While working with a variety of organizations, from Fortune 100 companies to small, non-profit groups, Scott's desire to see organizations achieve success is ever-present in his personal approach to facilitation and instruction. Scott has provided training to a wide spectrum of companies including Dell, Inc., MCI, KPMG, Texas Department of Human Services, Sprint, General Cable, Expedia.com and the University of Tulsa. Scott's expertise include team building, manager development, conflict management, communication skills, cross-cultural awareness, critical thinking, presentation skills, curriculm development for classroom or distance learning, and classroom facilitation. Scott has a M.S. degree in Telecommunications Management (Combined MBA and EE curriculum) and his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. |
