| Mark has provided consulting services and taught PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING (PSDM) programs for Blockbuster, Sprint, Bank of Montreal, JC Penney, McKesson Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, and Disney. Mark managed the conversion of Action Management's PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING workshop to a distance learning program for Sprint and KPMG. In addition to his training experience, Mark brings clients expertise from a broad management background including positions as Vice President at Bank of America, and as a Controller at Affiliated Computer Services. He has been responsible for the profitable operation of several business units and has personally utilized the PSDM techniques throughout his professional career. Mark has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. |
