From the board room to the mail room, Joe has gained a reputation for telling the truth with passion and a sense of humor. His fast-moving and relevant presentations are punctuated with anecdotes and stories that reinforce the key concepts in each program. Joe knows that productivity improves and profits grow when people can resolve problems effectively, make good decisions, and successfully implement initiatives without creating additional problems.
As a Master Certified Instructor for Action Management's programs, Joe Jordan brings clients 30 years of experience in helping organizations and individuals create alternative strategies for personal and corporate effectiveness. Earlier in his career, Joe was president of his own consultanting firm where he helped companies and individuals maximize their talent by providing results-focused seminars, customized executive coaching and career consulting. His clients included Texas Instruments, Southern Methodist University, Liberty Mutual, and Sallie Mae.
Joe's 15 year career in the staffing industry included responsibilities in employee development, sales, operations, marketing, and P&L management of a $30 million region. Joe has designed and facilitated training in leadership, critical thinking, sales, customer service and personal development. His start-up of a human resources staffing and search division and his work with franchise owners give Joe direct experience with managing the issues critical to profitable business growth.
Prior to his corporate experience, Mr. Jordan spent five years in the non-profit sector as a writer and speaker. He earned his Bachelor of Ministry degree from Luther Rice College.
